Yearly meeting in Potsdam, June 2023

Under the umbrella of “Finding new pathways” the 2023 yearly meeting took place at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam. As a leading consortium in digital courses, VirCamp shows an extensive experience in digital Social Work courses, international perspectives, and online learning platforms, however, the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digitalisation and brought up other interesting online courses worldwide, including the partner institutions. While most digital offers lack the international experience though, VirCamp will make this strength more visible. It was also decided to split the larger courses considering the general interest into microcredits and smaller courses at some of the partner institutions. VirCamp is also interested in exploring potential internship exchange as well as integrating Blended Intensive Programmes and excursion. Discovering the history of Potsdam, enjoying the beautiful parcs and getting to know the department in a barbecue event, undoubtly fostered the creativity and led to fruitful discussions among the group.
